To protect the health and safety of our customers and team during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve introduced a Click & Collect service in our store. This basically means that you can order the product online, and pick up from our local outlet at Harborside West, without the need for physical contact with our team.
Contactless Collection is available 5 days a week from 10am – 4pm each business day where our store is open for trade.
So here are the 4 simple steps to follow:
Choose your products online
Add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow these steps.
Select Click & Collect at checkout
Select Click and Collect as your delivery option when checking out. As we have one location, by default, that address will appear as the delivery location. A phone number will also appear, please jot this down. That is the number you will call/text on arrival at the designated pick-up location.
Wait to hear from us
When you’ve placed your order, a store team member will send you an email to let you know that your order is ready for collection. Please do check the spam/junk email folder as it is possible our email may end up there.
Collect your order from us
To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation or some photo identification and call/text us using the number provided in the order confirmation form.
