Where do you source your products?
Unless indicated on a particular product, most of our products are supplied from Australia, a powerhouse in world sports. By getting our supplies from Australia, you can rest assured that the products are of high quality. Most of our products are sold by major Australian retailers.
Can I have a look at a product before buying?
As our shop is online, you can only view the products online. We have made every attempt to show you the product on your screen as close as it is offline.
How can purchase a product ?
Like any online shop, you will need to browse through our range and add the products you want to buy on your cart by simply clicking the button “Add to Cart”. An icon at the shop will show you the number of products which you can click to view and subsequently “check out”.
How can I pay ?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards both local and foreign issued. We also provide you the opportunity to pay through PayPal. Do not worry if you do not have a PayPal account as you can still use it to pay for your items. Simply follow the instructions on the screen.
What if an item is out of stock. Can I still order ?
Yes. The button beside the item will indicate whether you can still add to your cart or not. In most cases, should there be items out of stock but you badly want them, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you out and get the product you want. There may be additional shipping costs to bring the relevant item(s) up from our source in Australia.
Can I return a product if I'm not happy with it ?
Please read our terms and conditions at the foot that should give you our policy on returns. There are conditions and timelines on which we will consider returns.
